Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Arizona State University (ASU) to contract with one or more qualified rideshare provider(s) who will provide the campus community with various methods for faculty, students, and staff (“affiliates”) to utilize the service. The intent is to negotiate set rates for the ASU campus community for rideshare services, including business travel within Arizona and outside the state, guaranteed ride home and event options, as well as point-to-point service. The University would like to establish a business portal between ASU and each provider. Additionally, the University would like to understand other opportunities that exist for collaboration on other strategic initiatives.
