Specifications include, but are not limited to: Beaver County School District is sending out an Invitation to bid (ITB) for Beaver High Schools 7 lane running track and high jump area for repairs and resurfacing of existing track and high jump area. The bids need to be submitted in the online SciQuest system or hand delivered to the district office, 291 N. Main Street in a sealed envelope with the ITB # 24-128 on the outside of the envelope by the deadline TUESDAY November 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (MST). 1. Contractor is to verify in person the running track and high jump area that will need to be repaired and resurfaced and take measurements. Please make an appointment with Dallon Blackner (435) 421-1532 before November 15th for an appointment. 2. Repair and resurface existing running track and high jump area at Beaver High School. 3. Provide all materials and labor to do the project. 4. Repair any damages to surrounding areas that occurred through removal and install. 5. After resurface, paint track according to NFHS specifications. 6. Paint logo in the high jump area. 7. Minimum 13 mm polyurethane surface, district will consider all surface options. 8. Dispose of all materials that will be removed.
