Specifications include, but are not limited to: Overflow testing and inspection in accordance with the Utah DOT (UDOT) current Standard Specifications 02645, 02844, 03412, 03055, 03056, 03310, 03338, 03339, 03340, UDOT Minimum Sampling and Testing Requirements, UDOT Quality Management Plans (QMP) 505 and 506. 1) All inspection of pre-cast concrete products as outlined in relevant specification and UDOT QMP 505. This item includes checking form dimensions, reinforcement size and placement, fresh concrete properties (slump, spread, air content, etc), proper placement and consolidation and any other work needed to meet the requirements of the outlined documents. 2) Batch plant inspections as outlined in UDOT QMP 506. 3) Test and inspection results are to be received at UDOT Central Materials Lab within three days of test or inspection. Laboratory and on-site Inspectors must have internet access with an email account. 4) Deliver test results to UDOT Central Materials in a MasterWorks. 5) Must provide testing equipment for standard concrete field testing and electronically storing and transmitting inspection data. 6) Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis for overflow inspections. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work.
