Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1.Vendor must remove all existing wallpaper in the main hall on the 1st floor (Base Bid), basement/ground floor (Alternate 1). 3rd floor (Alternate 2), 4th floor (Alternate 3), and 2nd floor (Alternate 4). This will be 2,300 square feet of all space per floor but should be field verified. 1.1.1. Vendor must skim coat drywall and finish to smooth after the wallpaper has been removed. 1.1.2. Vendor must prime and paint walls. The wall paint color must be Dover White (Sherwin Williams B20WB151 – Color: 6385 – Dover White; Interior Latex Eggshell Finish). 1.2.Vendor must remove 81 feet of the wall tile from the front entrance (floor tile to remain). 1.3.Vendor must remove 160 feet of the wall tile from the basement/ground floor (floor tile to remain), as part of Alternate 1.
