Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Prepaid branded HCWIP gift cards must be accepted by a wide variety of locations and businesses throughout the workforce service areas, throughout the Hawaiian Islands. 2. Vendor must designate HCWIP branding on each Visa or Mastercard card. 3. Each card must be issued in the fixed amount of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars with declining value with each usage. The Fifty ($50.00) Dollars amount per card will be provided to DHS MQD at the time of invoicing. 4. DHS MQD expects to order approximately 100-500 cards per month. MQD is under no obligation to purchase a specified amount of goods and services. 5. The cards must not allow a cash-back option. 6. The cards must not have an expiration date. 7. The cards must be sequentially numbered to facilitate the distribution, tracking, and reconciliation of the cards. 8. The cards must have the alcohol, tobacco, and firearms (ATF) purchasing restrictions.
