Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Employment Services 1. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to communicate with its Clients, the STATE’s requirements regarding hours of work, duration, location, expectations and other areas concerning the assignment; 2. Clients should be available for the entire length of the assignment, however if a replacement is required, a qualified replacement must be provided within twenty-four (24) hours of notification; and 3. The State reserves the right to reduce the length of the assignment and will provide the CONTRACTOR with as much notification as possible. B. Placement The CONTRACTOR shall provide placement of Clients. At a minimum, CONTRACTOR shall include problem (conflict) and resolutions and the following items below: 1. The CONTRACTOR shall recruit, select and place Clients in the facilities; 2. The STATE reserves the right to interview the Client to determine their qualifications for the required position (this does not negate the CONTRACTOR’s responsibility of qualifying Clients); and 3. The STATE may reject and/or remove any Client who does not meet the requested experience or is deficient in the performance of the assignment. C. Criminal History and Record Check Requirements The CONTRACTOR shall conduct all reasonable investigations which, at a minimum, includes: a national fingerprint based criminal background check, including state and federal (FBI) criminal history records search; to determine whether a Client or prospective Client including but not limited to administrative and direct service Clients who work in close proximity to children, has been convicted of any criminal offense pursuant to any law enforcement or military authority which would make the Client unsuited for working in close proximity to children.
