Specifications include, but are not limited to: University of Mississippi Athletics Department is accepting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement with vendors that specialize in Nike athletic apparel and equipment for Ole Miss Athletics teams, coaches, and staff. VENDOR MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED NIKE DEALER (AS DESIGNATED BY NIKE). Athletic apparel includes but is not limited to: AUTHENTIC COMPETITION APPAREL - includes footwear, uniforms, jackets, sweaters, game day warm-ups, basketball shooting shirts, headwear, wind suits, rain suits, pants, shorts, shirts, and similar apparel including performance apparel and practice wear that members of any team, coaches, and/or staff wear. OTHER APPAREL - includes tank-tops, T-shirts, sweatsuits, separates, headwear, wristbands, bags, socks, gloves, and other body coverings and accessories of an athletic nature. SPORTS EQUIPMENT - includes inflatable balls, protective eyewear, sunglasses, sports timing devices, golf bags, and other small athletic equipment. The trade name, trademark, name, logo or any other identification of any person, company or business entity, other than Nike, may not appear on the provided product.
