This support includes troubleshooting, case-specific queries, and general email queries and advice. When UBFS determines that additional licenses are required due to the increase in the number of analysts and/or expansion of satellite laboratory locations, NicheVision shall provide concurrent user licenses and installation. As new analysts join UBFS, attendance in the STRmix 4-day training (virtual or in-person, pending travel requirements) may be necessary.; 1. Annual upgrade and maintenance for all STRmix licenses, to include all new point and major version releases, as well as expert resolution of general STRmix Scientific Support questions. 2. STRmix Scientific Support includes troubleshooting, case-specific queries, and general email queries and advice. 3. Ability to purchase additional STRmix licenses and service coverage to meet the needs of the UBFS DNA section and satellite laboratories. 4. Ability to purchase STRmix suite software DBLR and FaSTR in the future if deemed necessary.
