Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a Managed Security Operations Center (“MSOC”) and Managed Detection and Response (“MDR)” provider that will be responsible for detecting intrusion, malware, and malicious activity in the City of Eugene’s networks, including on-premises, cloud, SaaS applications and platforms, by eliminating false positives, identifying real threats, and assisting in rapid response to eliminate and mitigate those threats. We are seeking an MSOC and MDR, but we realize with the advancement of new technologies, different approaches may meet the same required functions described in paragraph 1 of this section in a different manner.
