Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall facilitate the removal and replacement of the tin roofing on one of the Warrenton Maintenance Station’s outbuildings. It is highly recommended that the Bidder visit the project location to assess the project and become familiar with the site. 2. The contractor shall be fully responsible for material pick‐up, replacement of roofing, and final roofing debris disposal. 3. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the efficient and effective removal, replacement, and disposal, of all roofing debris. 4. The shop is 30’x72’ and appears to have a 4/12 pitch roof. 5. Replacement roofing to be Taylor Metal Versa Span 22 gauge 16” wide with 3 accent ribs, or approved equal. Color to match existing building if possible. Before installing the tin, install 5/8” plywood over the purlins and vapor barrier on the plywood prior to placing panels. Standard Ridge Cap is acceptable.
