Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the following: a Type III latex modified slurry on twenty-nine (29) street sections in the City of Medford, to total approximately 125,678.9 S.Y. Included in the scope of work 1s all vegetation/debris removal from cracks, traffic control, public notification, and prep work to mask and restore all manholes, monument cases, valve boxes, storm grates and gutter-line to pre-work condition on the named street sections to conform to these specifications. Perform additional and incidental work as called for by the specifications. Provide all traffic control plans and implementation of those plans throughout the duration of the Contract when vehicle or pedestrian traffic is impeded (including flaggers if deemed necessary by the City's representative). The City's field representative, just prior to construction, shall determine the exact requirements of each location. Also included is cleaning, to restore all streets and gutter-lines to pre-work conditions, and remedial cleanup of all construction areas to pre-work conditions.
