Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Two Police Department sally port garage insulated doors and electric openers. Re-program existing compatible remotes and keyless entry is anticipated. Doors should be of a commercial grade. Measurements and details include: Estimated 9’2” x 8’1” four panel garage door including one row of windows. No fire rating is required. 2. Main front entry door: Estimated 36 x 80 or 42 x 80 single steel door with exit device and 6 x 27 window. Remove existing door package (60 x 92 opening), frame in for installation of single door. This door is different than existing, designed for increased safety and security. Door must be handicap accessible but does not need to be fire-rated. 3. Fire Station front entry door (right side of bays, to the left of main entrance): Estimated 36 x 80 single steel door with exit device and 6 x 27 window (in kind replacement of existing, to match as closely as possible to other similar doors on the building). Door must be handicap accessible but does need to be fire-rated. 4. Rear training room entry door: Estimated 36 x 80 single steel door with exit device and 6 x 27 window (in kind replacement of existing, to match as closely as possible to other similar doors on the building). Door must be handicap accessible.
