Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snowplowing: • Contractor should plan to plow if snowfall is greater than two (2) inches. • Snow plowing will be at the request of the DNR project supervisor or his/her representative if snowfall is less than two (2) inches. DNR will contact the contractor by 8:00 PM the night before. • Contractor is to provide a number for the DNR to call to request or cancel service. If the DNR cancels service, the DNR does not have an obligation if plowing is completed. • All areas to be plowed must be cleared of snow before 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. • Snow shall be pushed to area designated by the on-site supervisor or his /her representative. Sand/Salt: • Contractor must furnish all salt/sand and equipment to spread. • Salt/sanding will be at the request of the DNR project supervisor or DNR representative. This will be a call as needed basis.
