Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC) along with its instrumentality Watson Street Management Development and Corporation (WSMDC) are accepting bids from qualified contractors to provide On Call and As Needed Interior Painting at all HACC locations. The HACC presently operates approximately 468 residential units while WSMDC operates approximately 392 residential units within the City of Camden. Both HACC and WSMDC inventory consists of efficiencies, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. From time-to-time and upon the request of HACC and/or WSMDC, may need painting services in other areas listed but not limited to offices, hallways, restrooms, and community centers. Painting shall also be required throughout the hallways (walls and ceilings) plus apartment doors in the Senior Towers. The Contractor shall hold pricing for the length of contract term. The Contractor shall hold pricing for the length of contract term. The HACC and WSMDC have the right to add and/or remove site locations within 60 days written notification provided to contractor. The HACC and WSMDC do not guarantee a specific dollar amount associated with the contract resulting from this solicitation. The HACC and WSMDC shall provide the paint needed to perform painting services. The Contractor shall be responsible for all other equipment and supplies needed to complete the requested services.
