Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide “as needed” services including: Project related project management, project management process improvement and evaluation, software process engineering, business process modeling, risk management, schedule management and needs analysis and requirements gathering. Firms must demonstrate knowledge and ability to provide as needed and project specific services, including knowledge transfer, for radio system design including but not limited to: Communication Building and Tower Design, Plot Plans, Zoning and Permitting, Radio Frequency Licensing Coordination, Usage Studies, Radio Frequency Interference Studies, Radio Frequency Radiation Studies, Radio Frequency Mapping, Project Management, Method of Procedures, Acceptance Test Plans, Audits, Microwave Path Design and Analysis, Real Estate Lease Negotiations, Construction Cost Estimates, Migration Plans, Radio Console Furniture Design Expert knowledge in Motorola R-56 radio site standards. Firms must demonstrate knowledge and ability to provide as-needed and project-specific services, including knowledge transfer, for on-site calibrations and repair for over 60 pieces of test equipment to include but not limited to oscilloscopes, RF power meters, T-Bird test sets, service monitors, spectrum analyzers, IFRs and watt meters. All calibrations shall meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.
