Specifications include, but are not limited to: Category 1 - Mobile Crisis Intervention Services and Teams: 24/7 Community based response to individuals in crisis. Team of individuals provide timely, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-informed interventions, screenings, assessment, de-escalation, and other services necessary to stabilize an individual experiencing a behavioral health crisis with a focus on least restrictive intervention. Category 2 - Stabilization Services for Youth and Families: Comprehensive services provided post crisis response or upon referral from an Emergency Department for youth and families. Services are 24/7 and of limited duration to assist with stabilization of acute symptoms/concerns and referral and connection to ongoing services. Services provided in the community/home. Category 3 - Shelter Behavioral Health Team: A shelter-based response and engagement team that is culturally responsive and focuses on preventing, de-escalating and responding to behavioral health challenges among shelter guests to help avoid loss of shelter placement and connect to longer term services and supports. Category 4 - Urgent Walk-In Clinic: No cost urgent behavioral health support and referral available 7 days a week to any member of the community that accesses the space in a timely manner. Services include crisis assessment, Peer support, medication management, and follow-up support. Category 5 - Receiving Center: No cost urgent access 24/7 facility providing short term (under 24 hour) observation, assessment, referral, and immediate stabilization services to any individual over age 18 via dropoff or walk-in. Services include home-like settings with access to hygiene needs, rest, assessment, peer support, medication management and linkage and referral to next step services.
