Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound and responsible Offerors for delivery of Physician Chart Review Services for Physician Offices for UK King’s Daughters Medical Center. Chart audits will be performed by Certified Professional Coders for Physician and Advanced Practitioner services (professional billing to ensure compliance with AMA CPT documentation guidelines. It is UK King’s Daughters Medical Center’s expectation of the successful Offeror to be resourceful, transparent and able to achieve the greatest quality, value and service for UK King’s Daughters Medical Center related to these services, and to work as a strategic business partner. The successful Offeror will agree to provide the maximum degree of support to UK King’s Daughters Medical Center in providing services and will respond to requests from UK King’s Daughters Medical Center promptly and responsively.
