Specifications include, but are not limited to: The spaces that will be relocated prior to Construction Phases 4, 5A, and 5B are on multiple floor levels. Spaces within the addition are accessed via internal accessible ramps. A new elevator located at the south end of the addition WILL NOT be made available to moving vendors. Existing wheelchair lifts at half-level stair transitions in the existing school WILL NOT be made available to moving vendors. Prior to the schedule date of move, the Vendor will provide boxes, labels and associated packing materials for school faculty and staff to store loose items for relocation from the existing space to its designated temporary location. Bidders will observe available packing materials during the site walk currently in the school’s possession and supplement with additional materials as required.
