Specifications include, but are not limited to: RFP Primary Objective 1: Partner with a playground equipment provider to design the playground with staff, student and parent input. The selected vendor is required to hold a minimum of 5 meetings with staff, students, parent groups and others from each school to gather input on the types of equipment desired by the staff, students and parents. Each school is considered a separate project for this RFP. However, only one response to this RFP is required to be considered for one or more of the schools. RFP Primary Objective 2: Provide a minimum of three designs that consider the input received from Objective 1 and ensure all three designs meet the budget levels established for the project. Present the options to the steering team and stakeholders to gain consensus on the preferred playground solution. RFP Primary Objective 3: To take the preferred solution for the new playground and work with the District on installation services and schedule.
