Specifications include, but are not limited to: Crystal Gardens • The Contractor shall restore and seed all disturbed areas. Every effort shall be made by the Contractor to restore disturbed areas as soon as possible. All restoration work is considered subsidiary to the bid item “Seed (Fescue, Crystal Gardens)”. All restoration work is considered subsidiary to the bid item “Seed (Bermuda, Meridian)”. All work should be performed in such a manner so as to protect shrubs, trees and sod not scheduled to be removed. The contractor shall minimize ingress/egress points and protect grass areas at Crystal Gardens by use of plywood or other means to keep impact to established grass as small as possible. The Contractor shall work with property owners to ensure that cleanup and restoration work is performed to the reasonable satisfaction of the property owner. However, such agreement shall not relieve the Contractor from provisions and expectations of the contracted work to be performed. The final alignment on the sidewalk will be determined on site. Quantities for the project bid items may be increased or decreased due to the final alignment. Final payment shall be based on final measured quantities.
