Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide 40 hours per week of onsite services to victims of gun violence and their family. • Conduct evaluations/assessments for victims of gun violence and their family. • Provide education/prevention session(s) as needed for victims of gun violence and their family. • Provide liaison services for victims of gun violence and their family when appropriate. • Document client attendance, participation, progress, changes in treatment plan, etc., to the supervising officer or his/her designee at designated intervals in a designated format. • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation on all clients served. • Create related educational and resource material for victims of gun violence and their family. • Provide professional guidance and resources to those who have experienced gun violence in our targeted zip codes. • Participate in task forces or committees to attempt problem solving regarding gun violence issues.
