Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following are overarching requirements or considerations any proposed solutions must adhere to. • Must integrate or be compliant with Maxview and/or Kinetic Signals Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) • Must integrate or be compliant with DERQ Insight • Must integrate with or replace current vehicular height detection; current system is manufactured by Trigg Systems, model 34xx-Z • Must integrate with Maxtime 2.7.0 or newer intersection controller software and Q-FREE 2070 Advanced Traffic Controller chassis • Solutions must be capable of disseminating real time information/alerts about excessive surface water levels to predetermined operations centers/authorities • Solutions should be capable of disseminating real time information/alerts about ineligible vehicles in viaduct corridors [beyond diversion points] to predetermined operations centers/authorities • Any digital signage should be capable of being distinct and personalized [e.g video or picture of vehicle] Historically, standard digital signage has not been effective as a deterrent. • In addition to any needed hardware/software/equipment, proposals should also include services for design, traffic/civil engineering, licensing, integration, testing and training fees; Traditional Traffic Cameras [if applicable; Specs do not apply to any Edge Cameras that may be recommended for surface water/vehicular height detection] The camera shall be the 20 Megapixel AV Costar ConteraIP Omni LX Remote Setup camera (Model: AV20576RS) or an approved equal/better. • The camera shall have a minimum of 20 megapixels total, consisting of four high sensitivity 5.1 Megapixel CMOS sensors (or higher resolution). • The camera shall have four individually adjustable motorized 2-axis camera gimbals that each have a varifocal motorized lens that can be remotely setup in any position around a 360-degree track with 135-degree tilt. • The camera shall also come with three predefined camera preset configurations that create a 360-degree, 270-degree, or 180-degree field of view, as well as the capability to save at least two custom preset configurations. • The camera shall have a mechanical IR cut filter to provide a high image quality at any time of day. • The camera shall have a wide dynamic range of up to 120 dB at full resolution to provide clear images in both shaded and bright light conditions simultaneously. • The camera shall feature automatic exposure, automatic multi-matrix white balance, shutter speed control to minimize motion blur, programmable brightness, saturation, sharpness, contrast, and hue. • The camera’s shutter speed shall be 0.1ms – 500ms.
