Specifications include, but are not limited to: A total of four (4) different administrative investigations on allegations of workplace violence, slander, sexual harassment and coercing of subordinates. Several participants of the investigations are included in more than one of the investigations. The estimated total hours to be spent on these four (4) investigative services and reports are one-hundred twenty (120) hours or less. The following below are the requirements of the investigative services and reports: • The service shall include four (4) completed investigative reports in an electronic format with findings of the allegations substantiated or unsubstantiated with justifications, exhibits and a complete interview summary of each employee interviewed. • The service shall include investigative interviews with the complainant, accused, and possible witnesses, if applicable. Service shall include review of the subject notes. The vendor shall contact the employees and make every effort to arrange investigative interviews, which may be in-person and/or video conference. • The vendor shall use their own property, resources, and equipment for the investigative services and reports. The vendor shall take full responsibility of all additional cost in relation to the investigative service and report.
