Specifications include, but are not limited to: TThis project consists of demolition of existing Bridges and RCB culvert structures and the construction of replacement reinforced concrete box culvert bridges in multiple locations in Harvey County Kansas. Two structure replacements are included under the base bid Structures 4-Q.4 and D-8.7. The existing structures vary ranging from span concrete slab bridge and single span steel girder and timber bridge. The proposed structures will all be reinforced box culverts. Associated improvements will include roadway surfacing, grading, temporary and permanent erosion control, site restoration, and construction traffic control. The roadways will be closed through construction.
