Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Worcester Housing Authority is seeking outside agencies to provide on-site recreational and educational programs for youth between the ages of 5 and 13 residing at Lakeside Apartments. The WHA is seeking to fund these activities Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM with all programming activities to begin at 9:00AM. It is anticipated that the funding will be available to operate the programs for up to six (6) weeks beginning July 8th through August 16th. Lakeside Apartments consists of 204 low-income families. Most households are predominantly Latino, single parent households. In preparing a response to this request, the Proposer should be particularly conscious of the community demographic. Consideration should be given to socio/economic circumstances, nutritional needs and access to and cost of transportation in the development of the programming
