Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DEPARTMENT requires the services of licensed Architects and Engineers who are familiar with building design and construction methods to provide a complete set of construction documents for the construction of salt/sand storage barns at the Mount Charleston Maintenance Station and Mountain Springs Maintenance stations, as well as in various locations as needed throughout the state. The DEPARTMENT is seeking professionals who are current in this field of professional practice, and able to provide stamped construction documents to the building officials. Documents submitted to building officials are required to be stamped or sealed, pursuant to the legal requirements for that design professional.
