Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix (the “City”) on behalf of its Phoenix Convention Center Department (“PCCD”) is seeking an agreement with an event communication services company (“Contractor”) with exclusive rights to provide Event Communications Services with certain exceptions as noted below. The rights granted to Contractor include the exclusive provision of communication services consisting of data, voice/telephone, internet, television, and cabling services over copper, fiber and/or wireless for events and clientele at the Phoenix Convention Center, and the theaters (Symphony Hall, and Orpheum theater). The services to be provided hereunder shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Requirements and Operational Requirements specified herein.
