Specifications include, but are not limited to: The chosen firm shall be able to provide management and maintenance for the District as it relates to above ground storage tanks(“ AST”), underground storage tanks(“UST”), and their associated equipment . The District currently has three UST and two AST in five locations. The chosen firm should be experienced with and able to conduct either directly, or administrate through a licensed contractor, as defined by the PEI, the following services and be familiar with these requirements and regulations: ● Performing annual inspection and maintenance of AST and UST systems as per the recommended practices for the inspection and maintenance of AST and UST systems in accordance with the Petroleum Equipment Institute (“PEI”). ● Tank Monitoring Units (“TMU”). ● Automatic Tank Gauging Equipment (“ATG”). ● All equipment associated with release prevention or detection and regulations governing their use and testing.
