Specifications include, but are not limited to: As requested by the State, the Contractor shall supply a license for a total of two (2) Tennessee educator demonstration videos to be used for TN Educator Acceleration Model (TEAM) evaluation training. The license shall allow for internet access for both State and local district users. The provided materials shall meet, at minimum, the following criteria: a. Two lesson videos, videos in which teachers are demonstrating teaching lessons, that have accompanying Pre-Conference video and Post-Conference video, and access to the specific student work samples from the lesson videos, and the specific observer script notes. b. Each lesson must be accompanied by the corresponding lesson plan available for download or print. c. One video shall be of an elementary (K-6th grade) class. d. One video shall be of a middle or a high school class (7-12th grade). e. One of the videos must be of an English/Language Arts class. f. Once video must be of a subject other than English/Language Arts or World Languages. g. Each video must have closed captioned capabilities. h. Lessons captured in each video must be aligned to Tennessee Academic Standards or must be cross walked, or conformed, to the Tennessee Academic Standards. If the standards must be cross walked, the documents that connect the lesson with the Tennessee Academic Standards must be provided. i. Lessons must be scored by a minimum of three trained observers that have been normed on the TEAM or a corresponding rubric approved by the State. The State may provide one of the required scorers. j. Average observer ratings, based on the consensus scores from the trained observers, and rating notes for each indicator must be provided for each lesson. k. Videos featuring Tennesse educators and the diversity of the classrooms across the state are preferred. l. The State shall have exclusive sole access rights license to these videos for the length of the Contract. m. The State will maintain non-exclusive rights access license to the videos after the experiation of the Contract. n. The Contractor shall ensure that all services provided under this Contract are compliant with state and federal requirements relating to accessibility, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Such compliance shall include transcription and closed captioning. The Contractor shall also comply with all Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and industry best practices relating to Closed Captioning quality. o. The Contractor shall deliver the videos through a digital file sharing application or other file sharing process that is identified and authorized by the State, such as but not limited to, Dropbox. p. The Contractor shall deliver all final videos as described under this section, no later than April 15, 2024, from which date both the State and districts users shall have continued license to use the videos for the duration of the Contract Term.
