Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase A: Furnish labor, material, and equipment to convert approximately 1/2 mile overhead 15kV 3 Phase distribution line to underground. Install new concrete poles and primary risers to terminate back to existing 15kV overhead 3 Phase. Direction bore and trench new conduit, install flush mount pull boxes/handholes, and padmount medium voltage Vista® switchgear. Install conduit duct system to accommodate primary underground, secondary, underground, fiber, AT&T, Comcast, CSpire, Select Connect, and Windstream. AT&T, Comcast, C-Spire, Select Connect, and Windstream work will only consist of the installation of the conduit system. Phase B: Furnish labor and material for the complete installation of new street lighting.
