Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide pricing for the Pest Control Service for ASPC-Perryville to be submitted as “all inclusive”. This shall include all chemicals, materials, equipment, services, labor, travel, insurances, and workers compensation fee, profits, and overhead expense. Render exterminating service to control and /or eliminate the following but not limited to: 2.1.1.1. Roaches 2.1.1.2. Ants 2.1.1.3. Silver-fish 2.1.1.4. Spiders (all species) 2.1.1.5. Crickets 2.1.1.6. Flying insects, such as flies and mosquitos 2.1.1.7. Rats 2.1.1.8. Mice 2.1.1.9. Ticks 2.1.1.10. Rodent Control 2.1.1.11. Scorpions; 2.2. Contractor shall inspect and treat the inside of each room & cell according to current industry standards as identified in Scope of Work, Paragraph 2.4. Schedule of Services. 2.2.1. Special attention shall be paid to areas that are historically conductive to harborage and breeding. 2.3. Contractor shall provide pest control service for the following buildings and areas listed below: 2.3.1. ASPC-Perryville Complex Unit: (Approximate square footage to be treated 135,884) 2.3.1.1. Warden’s office area (includes four (4) offices, copy room, and foyer) 2.3.1.2. Business office 2.3.1.3. COIII’s office(s) 2.3.1.4. Deputy Warden of Operations office and Admin II’s office 2.3.1.5. Control room(s) 2.3.1.6. Restrooms 2.3.1.7. Porter’s closet 2.3.1.8. Conference room 2.3.1.9. Pharmacy 2.3.1.10. Complex security (including break rooms) 2.3.1.11. North Control 2.3.1.12. South Control 2.3.1.13. Central Laundry 2.3.1.14. Training (including Command Center four (4) rooms) 2.3.1.15. COTA training room 2.3.1.16. Medical/IPC 2.3.1.17. Dental 2.3.1.18. Health 2.3.1.19. Mental Health 2.3.1.20. Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU)
