Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this project is to provide code compliant bathrooms and two team rooms for the high school athletic fields under one structure. The recommended site for this project is the current entrance to the high school stadium complex. We would like the successful architect firm (the “A/E”) to consider the existing structures in Figure 1 when developing the final design. ● Building A is approximately 1,875 sq ft and currently includes two maintenance garages, one team room, and electrical service. This building has a solid foundation and cinder block walls. ● Building B is the current snack shake and does not have a foundation. It is recommended this building be demolished ● Building C is a storage building with a foundation. This building, which is in close proximity to the entrance and bleachers, might serve as a concession area, along with ticket sales and storage
