Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1 Provide periodic site investigations and/or inspections of existing infrastructure. 3.2.2 Coordinate with, and obtain approvals from, MOA Development Services for POA property improvements. 3.2.3 Provide professional land surveying and corresponding topographic base sheets and survey control sheets for use in design using current AutoCAD software. 3.2.4 Provide drawings and graphics using current AutoCAD software. 3.2.5 Provide mapping and Geographic Information System (GIS) data for POA property management to be uploaded to the POA GIS database. 3.2.6 Provide electrical and electronic systems technical advocacy and representation as necessary to meet operational requirements. 3.2.7 Provide electrical and electronic engineering support for the operations and maintenance of POA electronic security systems. 3.2.8 Monitor POA’s corrosion control systems. This includes both impressed current and galvanic anode systems on marine structures and petroleum pipelines. 3.2.9 Provide technical review of projects and/or activities proposed by others at, or in the vicinity of, the POA. This includes review of proposed heavy lifting plans and/or oversize vessel berthing and mooring plans at the POA’s marine terminals. 3.2.10 Prepare and provide sealed construction procurement documents including design drawings, specifications, and engineer’s construction cost estimates for all disciplines listed in this RFP. 3.2.11 Provide assistance during bidding including site visits, pre-bid conferences, responding to bidder questions and issuing addenda. 3.2.12 Act as the authorized agent / representative of the Owner (POA) in accordance with Municipality of Anchorage Standard Specifications (MASS). 3.2.13 Develop operation and maintenance procedures and assist with training. 3.2.14 Assist in maintaining up-to-date facility record documents. 3.2.15 Conduct project presentations to POA boards, commissions, and stakeholders.
