Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.4.1Facilitate the development of the State Unified Plan in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.2.4.2Obtain input from stakeholders, which shall include but are not limited to, the Department of Education, Adult Education; Department of Human Services, Vocational Rehabilitation; Counties; Local Workforce Development Board; Department of Business and Economic Development; and private-for-profitand private-non-profit agencies.2.4.3Assist in facilitation of the Workforce Development Plan Summit in November2023.2.4.4Analyze economic data and statistics as the basis to develop the Plan.2.4.5Provide suggestions on collaborations, partnerships and other possible grant and funding opportunities.2.4.6Submit a Draft of the State Unified Plan by no later than January 30, 2024.2.4.7Provide status updates and presentations to the WDC Executive Committee and full board meetings from January to February.2.4.8Conduct community outreach to seek public input on the Plan.2.4.9Develop and conduct presentation on the State Unified Plan to relevantstakeholders.2.4.10Provide a summary of all information collected from the discussions.2.4.11Based on solicited comments, produce a final version by no later than February15,2024.2.4.12All original work developed and collected shall be submitted to DLIR in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, CSV file, or in an electronic format specified by DLIR.2.4.13DLIR reserves the right to modify the scope of work within reason as the project takes shape
