Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Waltham is requesting professional services to design and prepare construction documents for recommended improvements at Logan Park, 120 Woerd Ave. as well as McKenna Playground, 10 Whitcomb St Logan Park and McKenna Playground are actively used neighborhood parks in the City of Waltham. This Request for Professional Services is intended to result in design/engineering services to prepare and complete professionally stamped plans/specifications suitable for public bidding. The consultant will also be expected to provide construction administration for the project. The selected professional design/engineering services team will be responsible for the bidding process in its entirety, working alongside our City’s Purchasing Agent and following their procurement requirements as deemed appropriate.
