Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Responder will: 1. Administer the WEBSITE to show the availability of behavioral health residential and inpatient hospital beds throughout the state of Minnesota. 2. Maintain the licensing of the WEBSITE and the Minnesota Accessibility Standards. 3. Provide Cyber security for the WEBSITE. 4. Perform ongoing testing of the WEBSITE’s functionality and make appropriate repairs and changes as needed. 5. Establish a user database and share available information in an agreed upon format and frequency with STATE. This will include reporting of participant provider capacity, availability, and utilization that may be reported on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. 6. . Manage the WEBSITE so it is up-to-date with current bed availability and accessible to users. 7. Ensure providers enter 1) accurate and timely service information and 2) update the current staffed bed capacity and staffed bed availability on a consistent basis (i.e. regularly scheduled and at least once a day). 8. Complete an annual participant satisfaction survey identifying the overall endorsement and support of the WEBSITE, potential issues related to access or use of the WEBSITE, and suggestions for improvement and viability. Results of the survey will be shared with STATE. 9. Convene a quarterly Quality Management Committee comprised of current WEBSITE participants and respondents, as well as STATE representation. The Committee will address management, administration, participation and utilization issues, provide performance improvement recommendations, and will be responsible for administering the annual participation satisfaction survey. 10. Offer technical assistance to users and participating providers to improve 1) the reliability and validity of data and 2) the accessibility to available resources. 11. Expand the use and functionality of the WEBSITE as deemed necessary by STATE. 12. Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with participant facilities and providers to assess for utilization and operational concerns. 13. Cooperate with STATE in efforts to improve participant and user satisfaction. This may involve the provision of technical assistance and training related to participant use of the WEBSITE. 14. Regularly meet with the designated STATE representative to address additional issues related to expansion or changes in participation of featured services.
