Specifications include, but are not limited to: BID ITEM 1.0 – MOBILIZATION/DEMOBILIZATION: This item shall include (but not limited to) all mobilization, demobilization of equipment, all personnel, tools, site amenities, and all other items necessary for successful completion of the project based on all construction documentation, complete in place. This bid item shall include all permit fees, bonding and contract costs not included or specified as shown on the plans and bid specifications, including all labor, equipment, materials and all necessary incidentals for successful completion of the project. BID ITEM 2.0 – LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS: This item shall include (but not limited to) equipment, personnel, tools, materials, and all other items necessary to furnish and install all trees, shrubs, mulch, boulders, irrigation system, shade structures, picnic tables, benches, trash receptacles, fencing, signs, fitness stations, all dog play equipment and waste stations, and all associated work, as shown on the plans and bid specifications, including all labor, equipment, materials and all necessary incidentals for successful completion of the project. This item payment shall be on a per lump sum basis. BID ITEM 3.0 – CIVIL IMPROVEMENTS: This item shall include (but not limited to) equipment, personnel, tools, materials, and all other items necessary to demolish concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement, complete all clearing, grubbing and mass grading, furnish, install and construct all concrete curb, gutter, sidewalks, pavement patch, 10 ft. commercial sidewalk and driveway apron with aggregate base and collapsible bollards, and all associated work, as shown on the plans and bid specifications, including all labor, equipment, materials and all necessary incidentals for successful completion of the project. This item payment shall be on a per lump sum basis. BID ITEM 4.0 – ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS: This item shall include (but not limited to) equipment, personnel, tools, materials, and all other items necessary to coordinate with electrical utility, and furnish and install the intercept box, meter pedestal and pad, bollard lights with base, all trenching, conduit, and circuit wiring and all associated work, as shown on the plans and bid specifications, including all labor, equipment, materials and all necessary incidentals for successful completion of the project. This item payment shall be on a per lump sum basis.
