Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supplier shall inspect control panel switches for proper position, monitoring of discharge pump rates and pump speed, and monitoring of the pump suction and discharge pressure. Supplier shall inspect all valves, impellers, pump connections, and seals for leakage and clearance of debris and grease. Supplier shall replace if necessary. Supplier shall inspect pump suction and discharge lines for valving arrangement and leakage. Supplier shall inspect and record megohmmeter and amperage readings in Station Log Book. Supplier shall record the running time of each pump and correct any deficiency if pump down times are not equal at equal amperage loads. Supplier shall check and record motor cycles if hour meter is installed on each motor. Supplier shall perform internal televised inspection to detect any system failure that is overlooked in routine maintenance. Supplier shall clean critical lines to avoid problems with tree roots, dip in a line, plugging and clogging due to debris and grease. Supplier shall use oxygen tablets or comparable product to prevent sewer odors after routine and preventive maintenance and repairs.
