Specifications include, but are not limited to: Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) or Automatic Entrance Door System Contractor for replacement of existing entrance door systems in four (4) vestibules at the Granite Education Center, 2500 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: • Demolition, removal, and proper disposal of existing entrance systems. • Furnish and install new automatic entrance systems as described in the Drawings and Specifications; • Modifications to existing conditions as required to install new entrances; • Contractor shall perform as Prime Contractor and include all necessary trades/subcontractors for complete demolition and installation of new entrances.
