Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking a qualified and experienced OR able to provide support to the City through all Project phases from preconstruction to closeout, including performing as the CM and supplemental inspection for the construction phase of the Project. Qualified Consultants should be experienced in collaborative delivery processes. Familiarity with Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) 2023 Standard Specifications for Construction and other industry standard specifications is also preferred. The initial contract for this work will include support during the preconstruction phase with the City’s chosen PDB team. Subsequent phases for CM and construction inspection services may be added by amendment to the Owner’s Representative contract, contingent upon successful amendment negotiations, prior to construction of subprojects.
