Required Services & Capabilities The vendor must offer a comprehensive student success and client relationship management technology solution that accomplishes the following goals. • Creates a personalized and seamless experience for students. • The solution should assist students in engagement with the college at every milestone of the student lifecycle: prospect, applicant, enrolled student, and graduate. • Provides user-friendly tools to support student persistence and completion of degree programs to help students reach their academic and career goals. The solution should allow for students to explore their career interests and aptitudes prior to selecting a program of study and connecting that program of study to the labor market and career path. • System must be easy to navigate for all audiences with a modern look and feel. • The platform should provide campus staff and faculty with a holistic overview of the student so that campus offices can provide coordinated proactive outreach and support. • A system to support marketing, sales, purchasing, course enrollment, onboarding and reporting for our Workforce Solutions enrollment programs. These are programs that are non-term based, continuing education or workforce development related. • A software platform that allows for two-way integration with existing student and administrative systems. • Provides accurate and timely data that is easily accessible for campus staff and faculty. • Leverages predictive analytics to increase student persistence, retention and completion.
