Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work involved in this contractual agreement is to facilitate commercial driver’s license training for Lane County staff. The training is to occur at the contractor’s training facility, utilizing any necessary tools, equipment, and materials as needed. Training is expected to include: Instructional class time Reference materials/literature Permit testing and issuance Instructional equipment operation Physical exam Drug screening CDL driving test; General Requirements Coordination with County staff. Proper certification, licenses, training, and proven procedures for commercial driver’s license training. Access to necessary equipment and supplies to complete work. Meet all insurance requirements throughout term of contract (see Attachment C). Agree to hold bid prices firm for the life of the contract.
