Specifications include, but are not limited to: new construction of a 16,600 gsf primary care clinic with 22 exam rooms, pharmacy, blood-draw/small lab, community room, and necessary patient and staff support services as required by code recognized by authorities having jurisdiction. A radiology suite will also be considered for the project, budget permitting. Given the pharmacy component, the design professional will be asked to provide design options for both a generator or an umbilical connection for a temporary generator with a dedicated room uninterrupted power supply. The building shall be served by a small outdoor entry plaza with patient drop-off/loading area, and designated separate patient and staff parking areas. The project site is 6.9 acres.
