Specifications include, but are not limited to: X-Country Ski Trail Maintenance for Winter (Five ski trail systems as outlined in specs). Five-month period: Novemer 2023 through March 2023. All maintenance work specified, including but not limited to: two trail sets per week (all trails), race course grooming (as outlined in specs) not less than one set prior to a scheduled race event on designated trails for race. Note: Monthly fee is expected to be paid each month but is not guaranteed if grooming cannot occur; Additional Grooming (all trails) on an "as needed" basis with advance approval of Parks and Rec. ; Summer maintenance - Trail system clearing, brushing, mowing, grading and installation of signage or barriers, including all equipment necessary to perform, or other services, requested on an "as needed" basis. Contractor must receive approval from Parks and Rec prior to proceeding with any summer maintenance work. Not to exceed 100 hours.
