Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Description of firm, number of years providing Right-of-Way Negotiation Services needed in conjunction with the purchase of Right-of-Way needed for public improvement projects (i.e. roads, bridges, etc.) in a manner which complies withTitle III of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended to-date (Uniform Act) and TDOT’s Right-of-Way Acquisition Guidelines; and past working relationships with Shelby County, and other local agencies; TDOT and/or other state or federal agencies. 2. Organizational chart and resumes of firm's staff who have relevant roles in the project. Identify the Project Manager with a description of his/her experience relative to this project scope. 3. Provide four (4) case studies documenting relative experience within the past five (5) years of preforming Right-of-Way Negotiation Services needed in conjunction with the purchase of Right-of-Way needed for public improvement projects. Case studies shall list the following as a minimum: description of the project; firm's role in the project; client; and client's contact information. 4. Please provide a methodology for providing Right-of-Way Negotiation Services needed in conjunction with the purchase of Right-of-Way needed for public improvement projects. 5. Please provide at least three (3) other clients from whom the Bidder/Proposer has provided similar services. For each reference, provide the following: Business Name; Contact Person; Title of the Point of Contact; and Telephone Number.
