Specifications include, but are not limited to: Selective Demolition: As noted on the construction documents. Protection of existing smoke detectors and fire alarm devices. Removal of sprinkler heads and associated piping (by allowance). Construction: Provide gypsum board walls, and painting. Install new ceiling grid and acoustical tiles. Install new casework and trim. Install new HVAC system (design/build) including condenser, air handling units, fresh air intake, ductwork, supply and return ducts, thermostats and controls. Install new emergency lights and exit signs. Install new power outlets, light fixtures and dimmer switches. Install new doors, hardware, Persona locksets and security systems. Install new signage, whiteboards. Concealed sprinkler heads (by allowance), smoke detectors and fire alarm devices (by allowance). Install new data drops (by allowance).
