Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Vendor shall provide confirmation that background information provided under this contract will not be shared with other entities or individuals; • Vendor shall include a sample illustrating the company's reporting format. If multiple formats are used, include a sample of each format; • Vendor shall provide confirmation, if awarded a contract, that licenses for all individuals that will be servicing the District will be made available to the Human Resources Department within ten (10) days after award; • Vendor shall confirm that, during the duration of contract, vendor will notify Human Resources if and when personnel changes should occur and copies of applicable licenses will immediately be made available to the District; • Vendor shall provide a weekly status update when background reports are not delivered within the time frames stated by the Offeror in section 6.4 below, Services Offered. • Vendor shall be in compliance with federal and state laws regarding third party background checks.
