Specifications include, but are not limited to: Configure and/or program all the software required to meet the Agency’s business objectives and requirements as described in this Scope of Work. Work with the Agency’s Project Manager and business leads to identify key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project team members. Work with the Agency’s programmatic and technical staff while the system is being developed to ensure the Agency’s needs are met. Provide training and training materials for both programmatic and technical staff in preparation for transition of the application to the Agency. Designate a Contractor Project Manager to whom all project communications may be addressed and who has the authority to act on all aspects of the agreement. This person shall be responsible for the overall engagement and shall be the contact for all invoice and software support issues. Work closely with the Agency’s Project Manager providing input and feedback on the project deliverables and project timeline. Ensure proper testing approach (unit, system, integration, performance, regression, security, etc.) are identified and documented in the test plan. Place all project artifacts and deliverables on the Project Collaboration site identified by the Agency’s Project Manager. Participate in project meetings and briefings, as required by the Agency. Breach of any of the policies is considered a breach of contract.
