Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking to hire a qualified consultant firm or team to provide professional landuse planning services; specifically, to conduct the City's upcoming Comprehensive Planand Zoning Code update. It is anticipated that the Comprehensive Plan will be developedover a year and a half after work begins with the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).The Consultant will work closely with the Planning and Zoning Commission, Technical Advisory Committee, and City Staff. The primary contact at the staff level will be the Planning and Zoning Director. A secondary contact, for reliance on digital mapping information, will be with the GIS/Automation staff and the Zoning Analyst. The Consultant will work with all of the above entities to define and establish the process offinal approval and adoption of the Comprehensive Plan document by the City Council
