Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Review of application materials for completeness, accuracy with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses act and the Town of Granby’s Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations. • Field review of delineated wetlands to confirm the boundary identified by the applicant. • Determination regarding the impact of the proposed activity on wetlands and watercourses and assessment of measures to reduce impacts. • Presentation of findings and recommendations to the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission. • Issue enforcement orders or notices of violations as may be necessary and appropriate under the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations and any relevant sediment and erosion control ordinance or regulation, to the extent authorized by the Town. • Assist the public as necessary in understanding and complying with applicable regulations and ordinances. • Coordination with Town Staff, including Director of Community Development, Director of Public Works, and Town Engineer. • Complete and submit reporting to DEEP and other entities as required. • Meet the requirements of an authorized agent as defined by state statute.
